Registration info
Contribution fee
The contribution fee for the marathon is 120 EUR (no meals included) (95 EUR for dancers under 26 years old - with a valid ID). The contribution includes all the marathon’s daily and night milongas and the entrance fee for the afterparty on Monday evening.
Payment deadline
You will get an immediate confirmation of your participation with the payment deadline. If you realize your payment before the deadline, your participation will be confirmed and you can proceed with the booking of your accommodation and transport. If not, your spot will be offered to the participant who is next on the waiting list.
Single registrations & Role balancing
Single registrations are welcome. However, registering with a partner may help you to avoid the waiting list.
We have limitations on numbers of participants to keep the marathon role-balanced. Overall, the number of participants will be limited with the venue capacity.
Cancellation & Refund
In order to organize a comfortable and pleasant event, we are not able to provide any refund for a completed payment transaction.
EXCEPTION: In case of the event cancellation by local or national authorities or global travel restrictions a REFUND is POSSIBLE. Thanks for your understanding.
