BTP is welcoming everyone between 26-28 January 2024 in Bratislava. It’s a healthy (dance a lot, sleep well), inclusive (everyone is welcome, role-balanced), kid-friendly, eco-friendly and fun marathon. Please check schedule for the healthy dancing hours :)
The contribution fee for the marathon is 90 EURs (no meals will be served). The contribution includes all the marathon’s daily and evening milongas, entrance fee of afterparty on Monday evening.
You will get an immediate confirmation of your participation with the deadline of payment. If you realize your payment within the mentioned dates, your participation will be confirmed and you can proceed to booking your accommodation and transport. If not, your spot will be offered to the next participant who is in the waiting list.
Single registrations are welcome. However, registering with a partner may help you to avoid waiting list.
We have limitations on numbers of participants to keep it dancing role-balanced. That is the only reason, you may get a waiting-list-reply from us. If, in the meantime, we get registrations from more leaders/followers, we will extend the limits and contact the “waiting-list-participants” for the available spots. Overall, the number of participants will be limited with the venue capacity.
In order to organize a comfortable and nice event, we are not able to provide any refund after the realization of the payment. EXCEPTION: In case of the event cancellation by local or national authorities or travel restrictions (related to COVID or any other reason) REFUND is POSSIBLE. Thanks for your understanding.
